Rimac designers and engineers conducted an exhaustive analysis of the Nevera’s inherent characteristics, subsequently re-engineering key elements to elevate its position as a hyper sports car. Featuring more precise driving dynamics, a performance-optimized battery, increased power output, and upgraded braking systems, the Nevera R also presents a distinct visual identity, meticulously sculpted by performance and refined by design.
Characterized by clean lines and meticulously crafted proportions, the Nevera R exhibits a lower, sleeker silhouette and a forward-leaning stance, accentuated by 21-inch rear wheels and 20-inch front wheels. The front fascia is designed for both striking aesthetics and technical efficiency, with horizontal elements that emphasize aerodynamic performance, stance, and width. This integration of form and function was achieved through close collaboration between design and engineering teams, seamlessly merging sensual surfacing with precise graphic detailing. The side profile of the Nevera R showcases a harmonious interplay between body color and exposed carbon fiber, contributing to its timeless and dynamic character. The wheels feature an innovative spoke design that enhances their perceived size, complemented by distinct color splits. A prominent fixed rear wing, coupled with an aggressive aerodynamic package including a larger diffuser, increases downforce by 15% and aerodynamic efficiency by 10%. The implementation of new Michelin Cup 2 tires reduces overall understeer by 10%, enhances lateral grip by 5%, and consequently lowers lap times around the Nardo Handling Track by 3.8 seconds. This combination of negative camber, superior tire grip, and increased downforce empowers the Nevera R to redefine the boundaries of vehicle dynamics. Every component has been reimagined through a performance-driven design philosophy to optimize agility and handling.
The Nevera R delivers enhanced performance with an intensified focus on driver feedback. It offers sharper, more precise cornering capabilities through the recalibrated R-AWTV (Rimac All-Wheel Torque Vectoring) system, optimized to maximize the potential of its high-performance tires. Augmented downforce contributes to superior stability and lateral performance, establishing a new benchmark for driving exhilaration on winding roads and occasional track excursions. The traction control system has been revised to expand the operational envelope of R-AWTV, ensuring predictable behavior even in adverse wet conditions. The drift mode has been recalibrated to accommodate the new tire specifications, and the steering system has been refined for a more immediate response and crisper feedback to the driver.
Constructed around the next-generation 108kWh Rimac battery pack, the Nevera R integrates cutting-edge technology to deliver increased power and efficiency within a redesigned, lighter package. With a peak output of 2,107 hp, it surpasses the acceleration of the record-breaking Nevera. The new EVO2 brakes feature a carbon-ceramic construction with a silicone matrix layer, ensuring improved stopping performance, enhanced thermal management, and extended durability under extreme usage conditions.

Launched in Nebula green, the Nevera R represents a visual evolution of Rimac’s design language, translating the distinctive Lightning Green accents of the Time Attack model into a new color palette for both the interior and exterior. The driver-centric, highly customizable interior of the Nevera has been updated with expanded color and trim options. Painted carbon fiber elements, such as the main dashboard structure and center console trim, can be specified to match the exterior color or be personalized according to customer preferences.
Production of the Nevera R will be strictly limited to 40 units worldwide.
